Rice crispy Cookies
Delicious cookies with M&Ms, pecans, shredded coconut and oats.
Preheat the oven to 350oF. Get everything together and then mix.
In a large bowl; cream, butter and both sugars. Mix until light and fluffy; beat in the egg.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Blend the flour mixture in to cream mixture, stir in M&Ms, cereal, coconut, and pecans. Drop items by spoonfuls or make by hand (kind a messy) but it comes out nice.
Place in cookie sheets and leave space in between the cookies. Bake for 10 or 12 minutes until light brown. Let it cool and store in a tightly covered container.
